A friend of mine recently had a baby and I have been struggling for a gift idea. I was wanting to get her something memorable, that was for both her and the baby.
So I started browsing My New Shiny Shoes and almost instantly stumbled across the perfect gift from “Growing Gifts” by Miller and Brown.
A beautiful Lemon Scented Tea Tree that she can plant, a bag of ceramic stamped emotive pebbles, a cute little soft toy for the baby and beautifully presented in jute giftbag.
There are certainly more options to suit all budgets and a variety of occasions.
I for one think they are just gorgeous!
Etched In Memories have unleashed a Premium range of products. Due to popular demand, customers are now able to order 9ct Gold and Sterling Silver pendants directly via the Web store.
In the quest to source these products to offer customers, affordability was considered a priority. Setting out on a price conscious path, the solid gold pendants found were either so paper thin I would be afraid to engrave on them or so small that you would need a magnifying glass to see the engraved picture. These pendants were by no means “cheap”, but the cost did not seem justified by the quality.
Not wanting to offer an inferior product, the search was widened. It was decided to have these pendants hand-made to a specification that will provide customers with a quality product at a reasonable price.
Time and care will go into making each piece, as they are not produced from a cast. In fact, each pendant will be individually hand-made to the customers order and will take approximately 2 weeks to prepare from the time their confirmed order is received. The jewellery manufacturer we will be working with, has over 25 years experience in the jewellery industry and currently services several boutique jewellery stores.

Now that Father’s Day has been and gone, and the flurry of orders has settled back into a nice steady routine, I have been contemplating my preparations for Christmas.
How much stock to order, boxes, mailing bags and whatever else I can prepare in advance. So that when the Christmas storm starts brewing I will be ready with an easy system in place. I so needed some inspiration, and motivation…so when I was reading Jacqui’s blog and stumbled across this quote…although not entirely directed at my cause, I thought it was very fitting…
“The future depends on what we do in the present” Mahatma Gandhi
I found these soaps while browsing The Tall Poppy blog. What a great present they would make. They would be just perfect as a stocking stuffer at Christmas time! Check out the rest of the range. Not only do they come in these groovy soft serve cones, but also a jigsaw, crayons and even a block of chocolate.
