COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS….

1. The total prize value is ($39.95 for the mini digital photo frame) and ($54.95 for the keepsake box).

2. Entries will be judged on uniqueness and creativity. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

3. Prize is not transferable.

4. Prize is not redeemable for cash.

5. Entries open Saturday 1 November 2008. Entries close at 12 Noon on Friday 19 December 2008. Judgement will take place in the afternoon of 19 December 2008.

6. Competition entry for the Survey/Mini digital photo frame is open to all persons who fill out our survey (Exceptions…see point 8). Only one entry per person. To validate your entry you must complete the survey in full, and submit.

7. Competition entry for the Keepsake Box is open to all customers placing an order between 1 November 2008 and 12 noon on Friday 19 December 2008. Only one entry per person. An entry form will be emailed to eligible persons. * The photo tile will be completed using the photo supplied with your order, unless specified otherwise on your entry form.

8. Entry is valid for Australian Residents only. Employees & relatives of Cagney Enterprises Pty Ltd, Etched In Memories or their sponsors are not eligible to enter.

9. The winner will be notified via email and by phone (where a phone number has been provided) on 24 December 2008. The prize will be posted to the winner.

10. The winners name and state will be published on our website, newsletter, blog and Facebook page.
