Extremely happy with my pendant! I cried and so did my mother. The image was of myself as a child and my late Grandmother.  The service was stress-free and oh-so-convenient. The pendant looks even MORE BEAUTIFUL than I could’ve imagined; my tears of happiness is but only a small repayment for the precious memories that were recaptured.

Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and your fantastic product.  I am so impressed with the company and have been recommending it to anyone who will listen! I can’t believe how quickly you responded and how quickly you were able to complete the pendant and send it out to me.  The only disappointment I had was that I didn’t order the pendants for me and I had to give them away – almost heartbreaking if it weren’t for the reactions of those I gave them to (very happy). Thank you once again, I will definitely be back (hopefully next time to buy something for me!)

We loved it and so did B’s dad – he is over the moon. Just a note to say thanks for the keyring which turned up today. I did try to access the reply form but something is wrong with our computer, but I do want to say that yet again (for the fifth time now) that the keyring was everything and more that I wanted. There is not a negative comment that I could make about the service and/or product. The only problem is that I keep wanting to find more occasions to use your service. Everyone loves it.
