But over the phone you were very helpful as well as quick to answer enquiries.  It was great that you could do it on such short notice and send it to me so quickly looking great.  I think the photos that you have on the website don’t do it justice.

Just a note to say thanks for the keyring which turned up today. I did try to access the reply form but something is wrong with our computer, but I do want to say that yet again (for the fifth time now) that the keyring was everything and more that I wanted.
